Please check vendor type:  Booth Spaces are generally 10x10, negotiable while space is available.

$________      Merchandise Vendors ($20) Arts & crafts, general merchandise, non-local businesses, individuals who are selling their own original artwork.

$________      Commercial Food ($75) Anyone operating a food trailer or tent requiring a license to cook or prepare food on site, must meet all regulations and approval of the Osage County Health Department.. (Deadline is March 1st)

_________      Prepackaged Food Sales ($20) Vendors selling only chip/ candy or foods recognized by a food processing company, ex. Frito Lay, need not be licensed or need pre-approval. However, bake sale displays must meet certain Health Department display regulations.

I understand that neither the City of Burlingame, KS or Santa Fe Cafe are responsible for the loss of, or damage to work, equipment, personal injuries or property damage; nor will I be a part of any legal action against Santa Fe Cafe, Jeanne Riggs or the City of Burlingame, KS.  Exhibitors selling food or drink without a permit will be asked to leave. The Event will be held rain or shine and no refunds are issued unless the application is rejected prior to the Event. I understand the rules and regulations  and agree to abide by them.
